Terms & Conditions

For international buyers:
Prices are in US Dollars and subject to current exchange rates.
Shipping (and custom fees if applicable) are not included. Shipping to be calculated at the time of sale.

For US buyers:
Prices do not include shipping costs.

Payment:
100% payment must be made at time of sale by, bank transfer, cashiers check, money order, or cash.
Up to 14 day delivery delay to clear checks.

Commission work requires a one-third deposit when the order is placed. The balance is due when the item is completed and before delivery.

Shipping:
Shipping will be by express air.

Inspection of goods must be carried out immediately upon receipt. If the goods are damaged, the buyer is to notify rbrown designs of the damage within 7 days of deivery. Return shipping and insurance costs will be paid by rbrown designs.

Warranty:
Seller agrees to repair any damaged item due to normal wear and tear free of charge for one year after purchase. After one year seller will repair item at cost for the life of the piece, providing it is repairable.

Copyright:
The seller rbrown designs retains the right to use of the image of the beadwork or the painting to promote its work, and the business. The seller agrees not to reproduce the exact piece in its beaded form.
